Fair Usage::
All 'flat-rate' Internet services in the UK are based on 'contention', that is, the number of other people with whom you timeshare your connection or 'port'. With only 720 hours maximum in a month, the percentage of hours you share (contention) is a portion of these hours. This allows us to provide each user with a guaranteed amount of online time for your monthly subscription, rather than misleading and you ending up disappointed with the quality you receive.
This package is priced and based on a contention ratio of 20:1. This entitles users to a fair usage policy of 40 hours a week or 160 hours a month.
